These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of UNIKHORNE Bot on Discord and the public web tools at warera.unikhorne.dev (together, the “Services”), operated by UNIKHORNE (Matthias) (“we”, “us”).
By adding the bot to a server, using slash commands, or browsing the website, you agree to these Terms.
The Services provide voluntary WarEra-related tools, including but not limited to:

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and with WarEra’s rules. You must be old enough to use Discord in your country.

We may restrict, block, or remove access for violations or operational reasons.
Server owners and administrators who add UNIKHORNE Bot are responsible for ensuring the bot has appropriate permissions and that its use complies with server rules and applicable law.
Alert channels and DM subscriptions are configured by users/admins. We are not responsible for missed, delayed, or incorrect alerts. Do not rely on the bot for time-critical in-game decisions.
If you submit content (e.g. Taunt prompts, influence votes, roast text), you grant us a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and process it solely to operate the Services. You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, or third-party personal data without permission.
The Services depend on Discord, WarEra public APIs, and other third parties. Their availability and terms are outside our control. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Game stats, influence scores, alerts, and generated text (including Taunt) may be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Always verify important information in-game.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed EUR 50, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms, Discord’s terms, or applicable law.
You may stop using the Services at any time (remove the bot, unsubscribe from DMs). We may suspend or terminate access without notice for maintenance, abuse, or legal reasons.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in the EU, mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
Courts in Germany shall have jurisdiction where permitted by law. Consumers may also bring claims in their local courts where EU law allows.
We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will reflect changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
